I'm a caring, compassionate and honest coach who is able to hold space and actively listen to my clients.

These impact my coaching as I am empathetic and intuitive as a coach and want to ensure I feel that I am contributing to my client's success. Non-judgmental and honest, I ensure that I always am clear about what coaching is and only take on the clients who I believe I can help. 


I am committed to continuous development and an advocate for an 'open mindset' always learning nd curious. 


The perception of coaching in my corporate role has traditional been seen as effective interventions for behaviour change or something only the most senior leaders benefitted from. Although this is true, I am a firm believer that everyone can (and should) get access to coaching, whether they are just starting out in their careers, or at cross-roads in their lives. 


As a member of the International Coaching Federation, I have signed up to the ICF code of ethics and confidentiality and ensure that I reflect on this when I am considering how I show up as a coach. I believe in coaching the whole person and use an approach which integrates tools from EQ and neuroscience, something that really resonates in my networks in Engineering!  


My coaching sessions have a loose structure which allows me to tap into my energy and intuition to help support the clients learning. I am prepared to go deeper with my clients and hold space for them to reflect and process their thoughts. My clients say that I help them to explore beyond the situation, so they are able to see themselves more clearly which means they make better decisions and feel more confident.

What I’m offering: 

Coaching sessions tend to be delivered over either a 6 or 12-week period. Our coaching partnership will be unique to you and can include email and WhatsApp support. 


How I can help:

We start out by exploring your unique strengths ​and values so you know who you can be at your best.  We'll work together on your goals and the barriers to your success.  I’ll partner with you to provide individually tailored coaching towards your goals to get you from where you are now - to where you want to be.  Coaching provides you with a safe space, to think out loud to work on your own solutions, to boost your confidence and self-belief.
