About Me

I’ve been helping organisations and their employees to thrive for nearly 20 years, first as a senior HR professional and more recently as a HR Consultant and Coach.

In my corporate career I have worked with large multinationals in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector at the height of technology, they are complex and ever changing. And in my consultancy I take that experience to provide cutting edge HR to SME’s.

More and more my role was helping Leaders connect their people to the company purpose, and helping them to be resilient and adapt to change.

It was this that led me to the power of coaching and formalising my credentials through an ICF accredited certification.

My ethos is that we need to start thinking beyond employees as assets, and understand how human-beings are motivated, how they think, feel and learn to really allow individuals and teams to flourish, and then companies will thrive.

I have a particular interest in supporting organisations in their Diversity and Gender Pay Gap Agendas, enabling inclusive workplaces that encourage and allow individuals to grow.

I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an ACC coach accredited by the International Coaching federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) .
